Abilities
Horsemanship: Per the Knight class in the Player's Handbook.
Travel Farther: A Rovani Horseman is so adept with horse travel that they are capable of coaxing horses into traveling greater distances in one day. At 1st level, a Rovani Horseman can coax his horse to travel 1/4 farther per day, at 3rd level a group of horses (3 to 8) can be coaxed to travel 1/4 farther per day. Upon reaching 6th level, a Rovani Horseman can coax his horse to travel 1/2 farther each day and at 9th level, a Rovani Horseman can coax a group of horses (3 to 8) to travel 1/2 farther each day. At 12th level, a Rovani Horseman can coax an entire armies horses to travel 1/4 farther per day.
Horseback Archery: At 3rd level a Rovani Horseman is skilled enough with the bow to be able to load, draw, aim and fire their bow while riding at a normal walk with no penalty and while galloping with a -2 penalty to hit. (Anyone else attempting to shoot their bow while their mount walks will have a -4 penalty to hit and while galloping a -8 penalty to hit.)
Note: This class might be adjusted in gameplay based upon comparative power level between it and other classes. This could mean nerfing or power boosting the class to align more closely with other classes.
Limitations: Must be either a Rovani.
