The people of the City-State League are not terribly common in other lands of Hakur. They are a fairly passionate and sometimes violent people, especially when it comes to things that matter deeply to them.
General Appearance
The average Spartian male wears a loose fitting shirts that look like much smaller versions of a toga, which is called a wrap in Spartia. Below this they wear a wide belt that is roughly 4 inches wide. The belt holds up their knee length leather skirts that fall in strips down the legs, which offers a form of protection to the legs. Under the skirts they wear a pair of really short breeches that go about halfway down the thigh. On their feet they wear laced sandals that are laced all the way up to the knees. Often there is also a piece of hardened leather added to the front of their shins as added protection. At their side most all men wear short bronze swords with nicely decorated handles. Their hair is also kept very short as to not be easily grabbed and yanked in battle.
The average Spartian woman wears a loose fitting toga-like dresses that cover most of the entire body, leaving only the legs 4 inches below the knee and their entire arms exposed. Woman also wear sandals of simliar construction to that of the men. They keep their hair long and pulled back into a bun that is held together with a leather strip and two 6 inch long bronze needles that can double as daggers.
Beyond those differences they appear much like their cousins the Camen.

This is highly dependent upon which city-state the individual Spartian hails from.
